Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Maroxa Home, certain products may be offered as pre-orders or made-to-order items.

By placing an order for these products, you acknowledge that production or sourcing may begin shortly after your purchase. As a result, cancellation requests may not always be possible once the order has been confirmed.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@maroxahome.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or prepared.

Once an order has entered production, preparation, or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.
